2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size. Design consultations require 50% deposit. Installation projects require 30% deposit, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% upon completion. Maintenance services are billed monthly in advance.

3. Plant Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on all installed plants, contingent upon proper care following our maintenance guidelines. Warranty covers plant replacement but not labor costs after 90 days.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates subject to weather, permit approvals, and material availability. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to existing structures, utilities, or landscaping not caused by our negligence.

6. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Deposits for cancelled projects are refundable minus any completed work and administrative costs.
